PeeWee LL1 Weekend wrap up?:
Being as I can’t locate the game sheets from the past 2
games at the moment we will just say, they were pretty good games, goals were
scored and saves were made.. I know we didn’t win either of our past 2 games,
but we will call them “stepping stones to greatness”.
I vaguely remember the pregame festivities for those games and as usual I have no recollection of post game festivities, other than the one where Assistant Trainer Ald demonstrated his superior scuba skills in the Mooretown Pool. For those of you who missed it, you can count that as one of those regrets you will have to find a way to live with for the rest of your lives.
I do remember an in-depth seminar prior to the LL3 game where team Manager Dave Mifflin discussed organization with regards to paperwork and proper filing techniques. As usual I lost my notes.
Our next game is this coming Saturday at 5:40pm in Blenheim vs. The Dresden White team that we just played 2 times 2 weekends ago. I am placing my money on the “third time is the charm” strategy for this game. Until then..
