PeeWee LL1: Marvolous in Mooretown
Kimberley’s boys in blue started a two games, in two days in
Mooretown challenge with a huge win over Mooretown Black.
The boys returned to form and put on an offensive zone clinic on their way to a 4-3 win. Goals were scored by Zacko, Ryelly Hill, Colin and Graysen: Assists went to: Colin (2), Ryelly Hill, Graysen, James and Johnny Hockey.
The pregame ritual this time around was as much soothing as it was powerful. Trainer Mike set up a flameless campfire in the dressing room, complete with Muskoka chairs.. or are they Adirondack chairs. I don’t know what they call them, but you can all rest assured that I was comfortable. The boys sang row, row, row your boat in an awe inspiring round followed by everyone holding hands and singing Kumbaya.
Our next game goes tonight at 7:10pm back in Mooretown vs. the pesky Orange Flags in what could be our last kick at the can to beat every team in the league at least once. Until then..
