2020 AGM Procedures
1) If 2 parents wish to attend, they must register with separate email addresses.
2) Members will receive a confirmation email once member status is confirmed.
3) An invitation link will be sent with a password that will be required to join. Attendees must
use the same approved email and sign in with their full name when joining the Zoom
meeting or they will not be permitted to attend.
4) Attendees audio will be disabled upon entry. Once the meeting starts, questions can be
submitted via the chat window. The Chair will, at the appropriate time acknowledge the
proposed question and that person’s mic will be unmuted.
5) Voting will take place via a Poll option.
