Dodge Caravan Sponsorship
I would like to apply for the Dodge Caravan Sponsorship!
This basically involves buying the patch to wear on the jerseys and sending in a picture of the team to prove it. In exchange they will give us $500 to use for ice and tournaments
The catch is I have to give an email for each player. (parents email)
I am asking for everyone's permission to share their email address and child's picture. Please reply only if you are opposed to sharing your email and/or using their picture.
