Sinteris Bantam Rep, 2016-2017 (South Kent Minor Hockey)

As most of you now know, young Ronny Betterley and his family received some terrible news last week as he was diagnosed with DIPG. We are reaching out to the South Kent community asking for your support. If you have a child involved with South Kent Minor Hockey, it is guaranteed that through all their hard work the Betterley's have helped your child. Now is our time to reciprocate. One way to do so is to contribute to this fundraiser.

We are starting the Best of 5- 6 point series against Ilderton and the schedule is as follows: Game 1- Saturday January 21- 4:30 PM @ Blenheim Game 2- Sunday January 22- 4:20 PM- @ Ilderton Game 3- Saturday January 28- 6:50 PM @ Blenheim Game 4- Sunday January 29- 4:20 PM- @ Ilderton Game 5- Saturday February 4- 6:50 PM @ Blenheim Game 6- Sunday February 5- 1:30 PM- @ Ilderton

We have been given a bye for the first round and will be starting the OMHA Playdowns not until the week of January 23rd.  We will play the winner of Ilderton and Wallaceburg.  In the meantime we will have setup a Home and Home exhibition game with Thamesford.  They are coming to Blenheim on Jan 14th at 6:50PM and we will be going there Jan 22 at 6:00PM.  Our regular practice times will remain the same during these 2 weeks.  

Good afternoon Bantam Rep families,   Unfortunately the trip to Dresden this Saturday has been cancelled for a number of reasons including the fact Dresden is no longer able to play the game. Shawn and myself looked at a lot of different options to replace the game however we have concluded that this event needs to be postponed to a later date. I really hope we can find another time to hold this event. I was really looking forward to it and I think it would have been a great team building exercise.   Thank you for your time and patience.   Bob.
