Coaches Letter of Commitment, News (South Kent Minor Hockey)

ALL coaches, trainers and bench staff must sign a team commitment form before being approved on a roster or transfer to South Kent MHA. This is mandated through the Ontario Hockey Federation.

Please sign ASAP and upload to your spordle HCR account. Please upload under documents and the drop down menu item "Team Official Commitment Form"

There is a live "Bench Staff Registration" where all your annual waivers need to be signed, there is a prompt to add documents, so this can be done at the same time
