Please pick a time slot that works for your family! If you have muliple children please select one time slot for each child! (NOTE: you are signing up to come for your photos during that hour - not necessarily done in the order shown - first come, first served within the hour) Masks, contact tracing, social distancing and proof of vaccine(as per Municipality of Chatham Kent and Province of Ontario) rules will all apply! (Player will remove mask for the photo) Team photos will be made from individual shots, please have your childs photo taken to ensure they are in the team photo! Photos will be upper body only. Please have your player wear chest protector, elbow pads, jersey, gloves and bring their stick.
Dressing rooms will not be available, please arrive dressed. (Exception: Goalies - we will have space for goalies to get dressed, goalie photos will show pads, please bring all equipment)
We still need parent volunteers to help with vaccine check and contact tracing at the door. Please contact
