SKMHA Photo Day is back for the 2021-2022 season!
Format will be similar to last year.
WHEN: Wednesday November 17 - 4:00-9:00 pm and Thursday November 18 - 4:00-7:00pm
Where: Blenheim Memorial Arena - upstairs

Proof of Vaccine mandatory for everyone 12 years and older (as per Municipality of Chatham Kent and Province of Ontario requirements) Masks, contact tracing, social distancing rules will all apply! Players will be removing mask for the photo.
Click on the Signup Genius link and pick a time that works best for your family!! If you have multiple players please pick a time slot for each player! (Please note: You are signing up for a time slot within that hour, photos will not necessarily be taken in the order shown, first come first served within the hour)
Composite team photos will be made this year, please have an individual photo taken to ensure your player is in the team photo.
Every player will be required to fill out an order form, they will be available at the door OR print at home and bring it with you!
