Applications for Gate and Time Keepers

SKMHA is calling for applications for Gate and Time Keepers for the upcoming season. Applicants must be in Grade 7 or above.  (Birth Year 2007+)   The application form is now available on the main site under the volunteers tab.

Applications for Gatekeeping
We are looking for friendly and outgoing students to collect gate fees in both Ridgetown and Blenheim for the 2019/2020 season. Applicants must be in Grade 7 or above as a minimum. If you are interested in a position as a gatekeeper please apply using the link below.

Applications for TimeKeeper

We are looking for responsible individuals to operate the clock at both the Ridgetown and Blenheim Arenas for the 2019/20 season.  Duties will include : clock operation, Filling out Electronic Gamesheets correctly and making sure the gamesheets are uploaded successfully to the internet.  Familiarity with technology , particularly Ipads is an asset. Timekeepers must also be able to fill out a manual gamesheet when required. Scheduling of timekeepers is done using the SKMHA website and email, so the applicants should be familiar with both. Punctuality & Communication is also a must as Timekeepers are expected to arrive at the designated time and place and communicate to the supervisor if they are not available well in advance so that replacements can be arranged.

All applicants need to re-apply and complete the following form, review and agree to the terms on the form in
order for their application to be considered 

Gate/TimeKeeper Form 2019/20

There is one form for both applications, you can select what position your applying for on the form.

Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, August 20 @ 6pm. 
Successful applicants will be contacted by the supervisors directly and if necessary interviews conducted.

Preference will be given to applicants with a birth year of 2006 and older.
