C-K's Canteen Survey
Submitted By System Admin on Sun 12 02, 18
Do you spend time at the local arenas?  Do you buy items from the canteens??  We need your help!

The Healthy Kids Community Challenge launched in August 2015 under the banner of ‘Super Kids CK’. Since the launch, the Municipality has worked collaboratively with community partners to offer programs and services that aim to increase physical activity and healthy eating behaviours. Three arenas in Chatham-Kent, including Blenheim, Tilbury, and Dresden, were selected to pilot the Fuel Up! Menu program, that offers healthier food choices in the arena canteens. We are conducting an evaluation of this program in order to make decisions about the future of this program.

C-K would like to invite you to participate in this evaluation. Your perceptions of this program are valued and this evaluation provides an opportunity to express these opinions. The survey has 6 questions and takes roughly 5 minutes to complete. For those who participate, they will be entered in for a chance to win one of two of $25 grocery store gift cards.  They survey is available starting today until December 14th!
