Picture Day Oct 24 & 25 in Ridgetown
Picture Day will be held this year Wed. Oct 24 & Thurs Oct 25th at the Ridgetown Arena upstairs. The following letter and schedule has been sent out to the coaches. Parents please review carefully so things run smoothly that night.
Good evening all SKMHA coaches,
Picture day this year will be held on WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 24 and THURSDAY OCTOBER 25th at the
Ridgetown Arena upstairs. Each team is allocated a 15 minute time slot which is enough time for individual
and team pictures, so it is very important that you let all players know to be on time as I would like to have this
run as smoothly as possible. Meaning that players are fully dressed(no helmet/mouthguards) and ready 10
minutes prior to scheduled time. As well, I have already taken into account those teams who have a game on
one of the nights.
COACHES PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A SET OF GAME DAY SWEATERS
FOR YOUR PICTURES. IT IS UP TO YOU TO DECIDE IF YOU WANT HOME OR AWAY. BOTH SETS
LAST YEAR LOOKED GREAT IN THE PHOTOS.
I will have dressing rooms allocated for those changing for picture day and am taking into account those who have practice night. I do realize that it will be busy and congested but I do hope that everyone shows their utmost SKMHA behaviour in being courteous.
I also realize that teams will be having pictures done that don't have practice that night but please keep in mind that this is the most efficient way to complete the pictures without having to work around teams being gone to games or tournaments.
I hope to have in your lockers by the end of this week, packets with all the pertinent information that you need for picture day (ie. time slot, price and picture selection info) to give to the parents. It is requested that they have them filled out and ready prior to when their child's picture is being taken. The company holding picture day accepts, debit, credit and cash.

PS. If anyone has old carpet remnants or large pieces of cardboard that I can use to help cover the staircase and part of the walkway to upstairs please let me know as it would be appreciated.
REQUEST FROM PHOTOGRAPHER
1. Every player and coach receives a free 5x7 team photo.
2. Please hand out attached order -AVAILABLE FROM COACH
3. Many player poses are available … so your player should decide what they want
to do beforehand, otherwise the photographer will choose.
4. Don’t forget that SIBLING photos can be done at any time … so if you have
multiple players and want one photo of all of them, no problem.
5. Wear your team jersey and bring a comb … and your smile.
