Gender Diversity - PreSeason Chats

Hello All Parents and Team Coaches/Staff for the upcoming season:

Last year OHF required that Gender Diversity Training be completed by Team Officials before the season started. This year they are requiring that Team Officials conduct a "pre-season chat" with Team Players before the start of the season. 

As per the OHF website:

"It is now important, and a requirement of your training that this information be passed on to the parents and players of your team as you create a safe and inclusive environment for the coming season. "
