SKMHA Bursary for Graduating High School Students
The SKMHA Board has decided to modify the former BMHA bursary that was awarded at BDHS.  As a result of amalgamation and the changing landscape of secondary education we have SK athletes attending many different high schools throughout the municipality.  The SKMHA bursary will now be awarded annually by the SKMHA board.

The annual bursary will be awarded to 1 successful applicant.


CRITERIA: 

The SKMHA bursary will be awarded to a graduating high school

student moving onto post secondary education.  The successful applicant
will demonstrate academic achievement, participation in school
leadership/activities/sports, volunteer in community and have contributed
to SKMHA in a positive manner as a player, volunteer, gate keeper, time
keeper or official.  Applicants are asked to submit a short (100-500 word)
description to enlighten SKMHA as to why they are a worthy candidate for
the bursary.


Applications are due May 15, 2018.
