AAA Permission to Skate Forms
All players wishing to tryout for AAA need to register with their home centre before a permission to skate form can be signed.
South Kent Minor Hockey is holding 2 nights of registration only. Permission to skate forms will be signed on the 2 nights also.
We are going to use last seasons rates for Registration with the understanding that the rates for the 2015-16 season could change after our AGM. A notification will be sent out to all that it affects. The rates are as follows:
Atom $550.00 Peewee $575.00 Bantam $600.00 Midget $625.00

Have the Registration form, Permission To Skate Form, a post dated check for September 1,2015 made payable to SKMHA, with you at the Registration Table.
The Dates are:
April 8, 2015 at the Ridgetown Legion in the Banquet room from 8:30 to 10:00PM
April 9, 2015 at the Ridgetown Legion in the Executive room from 7:00 to 9:00PM
