Couple of house keeping things,
I will be keeping this site up to date with any updates and information going forward. Generally my main source of communication is by email if anyone would prefer I can send texts as well. If so please email me your cell number and I will add and communicate that way. (

If anyone is unable to attend tonight's game please let me know asap as we will need to adjust lines with such a short bench. Would also ask if we could have everyone at the arena 20 minutes before game time and equipment on and ready to go right away as I would like to speak with the team before each game to discuss game plans and direction for that game.
Will need to have all Rowans Law and Medical forms filled out and handed in to me no later than tomorrows practice ( Wed Oct 28 ) as the league is required to have on file for all players.
