Reminder to bring Player Medical Forms/Fees
I Just wanted to send out a reminder to all parents to please bring your Player Medical Form to practice one Wednesday, September 20th.
I would also like to request that the parents also bring a cheque in the amount of $275 for the Rep fees.
It would be much appreciated if we can get all of these little items out of the way early! :-)
