Playoff Game 5 and 6
Playoffs continue for TEAM 1.
The weekend started out with a game in Wallaceburg where Team 2 took the 3-1 win over South Kent. The only goal went to Jamie Pynenbrouck with an assist by James Mifflin.
Saturday brought them back to Blenheim to host Dresden Jr Kings where they won 3-2. Colin Day scored twice and Zach Thompson netted one goal. Zach also got 2 of the assists. Isaac Johnston, Jamie Pyenbrouck and Owen Ramboer were each awarded one assist. Offensively, Ricky Falkiner, Brady Pook, Carter Gates, Alex Falkiner, and Parker Collins all had shots on net, but the opposing goalies just wouldn't give them the satisfaction of letting one get past them. Defensively, James Mifflin, Robert Cummings, Owen Ramboer and Isaac Johnston helped out goalie Brady Depencier to make some amazing saves.
Our next game goes on Saturday at 1PM vs Wallaceburg followed by a our first playoff game vs. LL2 on Sunday in Ridgetown at 6PM.
