Friday November 13 and Saturday November 14. Upstairs at the Blenheim Memorial Arena (Do NOT enter the main arena doors! Go past the main doors to the next door (look for photo day signs)
If you have not signed up for a time slot please do so as soon as possible! (Please note: You are signing up for a time slot within that hour. Photos will not necessarily be taken in the order shown, first come first served within the hour)
What to wear: Photos will upper body shots. Please wear only upper body gear with your jersey and bring your stick!
Make sure to get your jersey from your coach before the weekend, we will not have access to the equipment room to get it for you!
(Goalies - full equipment - you will be able to put pads on upstairs - contact me for sample photo / more info)
No dressing room access! NO SKATES!
Masks: Required at all times. Player will be removing mask for the photo.
Contact Tracing/Waivers: MUST be done when entering for photos, regardless of if you just left an ice time or if you are going in for practice right after! Photos are a separate event, waivers and contact tracing must be done separately!
Team Photo: Team photos will be created in a collage style from the individual shots, however this only will work if the majority of the team gets individual photos taken! There will be no pressure to buy photos but to create the team photo we need everyone to participate!
Order Forms: Every player (and coach) will be required to fill out an order form, this will help the photographer to correctly build the team photo collages. They will be available at the door OR print at home and bring it with you!
Payment: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheques (payable to "Camera Canada")
Exit: You must exit the building following your photos!
